Big Number Little Helper is a conversion tool for reorganising your telephone numbers. It converts individual numbers or text files exported from applications such as Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook. (Please note: you must save these text files as a *.csv (comma separated file) or *.txt (text) file for the application to be able to transform them.)
Download the software here free of charge. You will have to buy the registered version if your data is more than 500 entries.
Here's an example of a typical conversion procedure:1. Export the data to CSV format. Depending on the program you only need to change the type in the Save As dialog box or you may have a special Export option2. Run the Big Number Little Helper. Output all records for a spreadsheet or only the converted records for a database3. Import the results. If you have a formatted spreadsheet you are better off loading the CSV separately, and cutting and pasting the converted columns into the old spreadsheet. This will preserve the formatting. If you have a database you can just merge the data back in.
