It's running Vista, has an inbuilt barcode reader, RFID, 3G network access, a fingerprint scanner and the usual connectivity suspects like Bluetooth and 802.11 wireless. Most interestingly, it can be chemically disenfected once blood and the rest of the patient's precious bodily fluids are splattered all over it in the emergency room.
