Never-before-seen pics of what the old Atomic Labs were like.

We showed you what the current Atomic Labs looked like just a few days ago, with a nice walkthrough of some of the most exciting parts of the Labs in 2009.

What we haven't shown yet is what the Labs used to look like, back in 2004 when tech was abundantly older, and amusingly everywhere.

Luckily we found some pics lying around on a server buried in the back of a room somewhere (we think it's been there for a while), and figured we'd share the love.

Just check out the gallery of pics to see the Labs-that-were, ancient CRT monitors, piles of cardboard boxes, someone actually buried underneath them, test rigs and tech a-plenty.

Oh, and feel free to bask in the nice, warm Atomic powered glow.

LOL!

Is it just me or were they operating out of a store room? And how did they manage to get into the room?

Is Nathan using an early mind control device to play that game? The keyboard and mouse aren't being used, or are his hands just...elsewhere.

It looks like he's playing Deus Ex, or some other game using a similar screen layout.
