Announcing the hottest games tournament in the land!
Atomic is proud and thrilled to announce the World GameMaster Tournament!
The WGT is happening all over the globe, with tournaments worldwide. In Australia, Atomic was asked to run this killer event, and we’re going all out.
ASUS is the main sponsor, with support from your favourite tech companies.
To open it right up to all Aussie gamers we’re hosting the qualifying rounds online. BigPond’s GameArena is powering 6 weeks of intense gaming on its powerhouse of dedicated high performance servers.
The mighty Grand Final will be a spectacular the likes of which have never been seen in this land before! It’s going be totally epic. Forget everything you’ve ever though about games LANs. The WGT final will be a stunning extravaganza of biblical proportions, mega entertaining for players and spectators.
As Tournament Director for the WGT competition we have onboard the LANgendary Anthony Lam - who you will know around these parts as 'Lambo'.
And it’s all at Atomic Live. You’ll be able to gorge yourself on a feast of pro gaming, with celebrities and much awesomeness. Of course, we hope you, yes you, are there playing as a finalist. You’d want to, with such an incredible and lustworthy prize pool worth over $20,000!
So check out all the details on the Atomic WGT site
RIGHT HERE
. There’s also a button for accessing the WGT site in the left nav bar.
And in a few days GameArena’s site will be launched where you can keep track of the results and much more.
Keep your eyes on this, and spread the word. It’s WGT season at Atomic!
