Transport info to get yourself to the BIG ONE in comfort and with ease.
You've probably already planned your plans, but for those still muddling about how to get to THE EVENT OF THE GODDAM CENTURY, here's a handy dandy info link:

And below, all the juice of it all. Note that a ferry is a particularly wonderful way to get to Live, note too that there are no direct trains from Central on weekends, but there ARE from Lidcombe.
Also - once you get to the Olympic Park, head to the Badgery Pavilion.
WHERE THE BUGGERY'S THE BADGERY?
For drivers, there are parking stations everywhere. Easy.
Transport info:
Sydney Showground is conveniently serviced by bus, train, ferry and taxi services. The transport services to the venue are also designed to cope effortlessly with numerous visitors.
Trains
Train services operated by CityRail to and from Olympic Park Station:
* Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe Station and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals
* Direct services between Central Station and Olympic Park Station weekdays only
* Major event train services
Visit the CityRail Timetable website to get the most up-to-date information on timetables for Olympic Park Sprint and Central Station direct services.
Walking
Sydney Olympic Park is also a short 15 minute flat walk from Concord West Station, or a 25 minute walk from Lidcombe.
Buses
Sydney Buses operates two daily full-time bus services to and from Sydney Olympic Park to the following locations:
* Burwood Westfields
* Strathfield Station
* Newington
* Rydalmere
* University of Western Sydney (UWS), Nepean Campus Rydalmere
* Parramatta Station
* Lidcombe Station
* Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf
Route 525
- Parramatta Station to Burwood Station via Olympic Park Station, Rydalmere, UWS Nepean Campus and Newington. Daily full-time service.
Route 401
- Lidcombe Station to Olympic Park Station via Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf and Newington. Daily full-time service

Ferry
Sydney Ferries operates a daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf. The Parramatta River route departs Circular Quay, No. 5 Wharf.

Airport
Located in Mascot NSW, Sydney Airport is approximately 20km from Sydney Olympic Park. Go to sydneyairport.com.au for further info.
