Q: When does the magazine come out?
A: The magazine is on sale every second Wednesday of the month. It's around the 3rd of the month for New Zealand readers.

Q: I'm a subscriber. When I put my subscriber number into my profile, I get this message:
Subscriber Email does not match entered address.
Your profile was not updated. Please try again.
What do I do?
A: The email on your subscription isn't the same as the email on your profile. Email the subscriptions people and ask them to change your email address.
subs@atomicmpc.com.au or call 1300 610 765

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still purchase a subscription?

Absolutely. You need to order a subscription by post, using either a cheque or a money order. Do not send cash. See Question 12 for instructions.

Q: Can I order a subscription via the post?

Yes. You can pay by cheque but you'll need to check the relevant subscription prices and make sure the amount you send is correct. You'll also need to provide, in writing, your full name, mailing address, an email address and phone number. If any of these items are missing or incorrect, your subscription may not be processed.

Q: Can I order back issues?

A: Yes. You can call 1300 610 765 or email subs@atomicmpc.com.au for back issue enquiries. Note that some issues may no longer be available.

Q: My subscription hasn't arrived. What the hell are you guys doing?
A: Making sure everyone gets their magazines and whatever else we send out on time is a complex and often fault ridden task. That said, we do our best to make sure that you get what you pay for on time and in good condition.

If this is not the case, then send a polite email to our subs account - subs@atomicmpc.com.au or call us on 1300 610 765 and our friendly staff will be able to help.

Q: What is my subscription number?
A: Your subscriber number is printed on the sheet of paper which comes with Atomic. The number is directly above your name and address.

Q: How long will my subscription take to be processed?

A: If Atomic gets your subscription by the second Friday of the month, it's pretty certain that you'll get the next issue. That's not a guarantee, but it's as good as. If you would like to find out when your first issue will be, email subs@atomicmpc.com.au or call 1300 610 765 and let us know the date you subscribed.

Q: I just subscribed. When do I receive my first issue?
A: Australia is a big place, and Australia Post is a big organisation. Atomic send the mag out through a mailing house over 2 days. One of those days is usually the Friday or the following Monday before on sale, the magazine then spreads out across the country, to the homes of Atomican's everywhere.

Because they are posted from Sydney, it's people there who generally get Atomic first, but, most capital cities should get it on the same day or a day later. Rural areas are usually a day or two after that, followed by NZ and the rest if the world.

Q: I've changed my address. Who do I contact about getting my subscription sent to my new address?
