LIVE
Only hours to go... we're nearly there... feel the anticipation.
Live is on tomorrow, and we've spent the day out at Homebush setting up. Let me tell you, things are gearing up very nicely indeed.
I'm desparately trying to clear my head to write this, but amidst the sound of screeching of the F1 simulator in front of me, the industrial beeps of the scissor lift to my left, the sound system on the main stage being tested with Guitar Hero and the dragging, hammering and yelling it's a little tricky.
And that's just setup. Live doesn't even start for another 13-odd hours, but the anticipation around here is electric.
People who are competing in the World Cyber Games are showing up to scout out the venue before they compete tomorrow.
And that's just setup. Live isn't scheduled till Saturday morning.
You knew that though, right?
NO!?
Well come on down to Homebush.
If you've been living under a rock for the past however many months we've been touting this, it's - quite simply, in the words of Atomic's founder and godfather, Ben Mansill - the best day ever.
Want to check out the first Australian review of Final Fantasy XIII? We got in this month's Atomic!
Plus HD projectors, Napoleon: Total War, Intel's new six-core processor, PC upgrading guide, and a whole lot more.
