Very shortly, assuming that our bio-geneticists don't get cold feet, the Atomic Web site will begin to evolve. It will be a subtle change, taking much time, hard work, and no small amount of radioactive green goo. Nonetheless, we think that we can grow for you, dear readers, the best damn site there is.

Of course, there's also a small chance that everything will mutate out of control. The next thing you know the Atomic Web site, eyes glowing with the power of the Atom, could be stomping through your home town, chowing down on buses and crushing helpless pedestrians beneath its mighty feet.

We'll let you know if anything goes wrong - assuming that we aren't consumed in the disaster before we get a chance to warn you.

So, from tomorrow we'll be introducing daily news. We wont be flooding the site's delicate immune system with dozens of stories; instead our lab boys will be picking a daily crop of interesting bits and pieces that may be small, but is definitely perfectly formed.

In other, less important atomic news, the team has happily agreed to participate in a special online IRC chat.

The chat details are:
Server: Austnet
Channel: #atomicmpc
Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Day/Date: Tuesday 6th February

This is not an 'official' chatroom, but we don't care a bit, we'll play along. The chatroom was set up by Aquilae, a particularly fervent atomic fan. Email him on aquilae9@hotmail.com if you can't get on. Good work Aquilae, thanks mate. Available for abuse on the night will be Ben Mansill, Bennett Ring, John Gillooly and Tim Dean.
