Russia can do it alone.
Vladimir Putin, the current Prime Minister of Russia, has recently (and rather abruptly) refused an offer of help from the CEO of Dell computers, Michael Dell.
A lengthy speech was given by the PM on the penetration of IT in Russia; naturally Dell asked how they could help, an innocent enough question.
Instead, Putin replied "We don't need help. We are not invalids. We don't have limited mental capacity." and completely dismissed the offer.
We think that any offer of help, especially in getting more computing tech out there, is something that the world could certainly benefit from. Head to CNN to check out the story.
