Rumble Massage for the Xbox 360

Feeling those good vibrations... ohh yeah.

Gaming and sex have usually been kept pretty separate, at least most companies would like you to think that. An independent developer - Justin Le Clair - has created a program for your Xbox to give you a feeling that promises to knock your socks off.

Called Rumble Massage, this program slides deep into your controller, whipping it into submission to give you direct control over the force-feedback and one step closer to never having to leave the house.

With six levels of power, from the 'Fail Mode' to 'Epic Mode', you place the controller on the back of your neck, and supposedly let the stress and stiffness just melt away. We're slightly sceptical about that part though - most controllers will sit on your lap, and this isn't too likely to reduce stiffness, much the opposite.

Still, this is a very novel application of existing tech even if it might be used as an impromptu pleasure device by a few more experimental gamers. Head on over to the Marketplace to get yourself a free trial, but a simple purchase is all you need for a truly orgasmic experience.

You'll certainly think twice the next time you stick a disc in the Xbox's slot!

was there not a japanese game for the megadrive or somesuch with a 'massage' device included that vibrated to the game music as you played.

Well this little device could make the very anti-vagina sounding X-box more of pro-box console.

in other news project natal was cancelled due to a better idea.

You're speaking of Rez. Some device that strapped around your waist to enhance the experience.

Really and truly those were its intentions- though *someone* was obviously going to do the obvious.

And they did. Obviously.
