Great video outlining the history of the Intertubes in a clear and entertaining manner.

Everyone has heard of the Internet (we hope) and have used it (you have, haven't you?) pretty often.

But not everyone knows the history of the internet, nor just how much traffic and data we sent at the start, compared to how much we send now, and how we got there.

Check out this video that is a simple voiceover with a black & white visual style. It's eight minutes long, but it's definitely worth a look.

YAY. I wonder how many more brave American soldiers will have to suffer to get the point across to Stephen Conroy that his web filter is screwed over beyond recognition, will be bypassed just like the Howard filter. And will slow down already slow speeds, resulting in higher costs for families and more sheriff notices for the residents of Austalia.

AUSTRALIA: Our connection over here is so slow that we would rather watch grass grow or paint dry.
