Video: Go behind the scene with the band and learn about their music, how they made Guitar Hero: Metallica, and more.
Metallica may hate music piracy, but they sure do love video games! At least, that's the impression you get from these three new behind the scenes movies from the upcoming Guitar Hero: Metallica.
In The Music, the Lars Ulrich, James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo talk about the experience of mixing their sound with gaming, and introducing a whole new audience to thrash riffs and tight pants. Into the Game is a peak at the game's production, and if you've ever wanted to see the band in spandex motion capture suits (and, truly, there is no dignity in one of these things), this is your lucky day.
Finally, in The Game, the band talks about their own formative years and how when they were kids, all they had was broomsticks and tennis rackets. Poor old dears! Oh, and they also talk about how Guitar Hero: Metallica will follow the bands own musical progression, from one album to the next.
Hopefully you can unlock a stage where James Hetfield yells at a bunch of kids to get off his damn lawn.
Personally, I'm really looking forward to Guitar Hero: Sigur Ros. Rock.
