Indiana Jones on the Wii

Video: See Indy whip it up in the latest Staff of Kings trailer for the Wii.

If you've got a Wii (and we know some of you must - the damn thing seems to sell like hot cakes!) and love Indiana Jones, then this is the game you've been waiting for. Indiana Jones and Staff of Kings is coming to the littlest console in June, and we've got a shiny new trailer to whip up your appetite.

And not half bad it looks, either. There's a lot of the gameplay you can expect in the trailer, plus producer Matt Vella, Voice Director David Collins and Assistant Producer Johnny Szary take their turns as talking heads explaining the game's concepts.

The Wii-mote plus whip actions look pretty neat, and even though the graphics are headly next gen, it's still a pretty smooth looking game.

Can do without the spiders though...

It looks like developers are finally thinking past the nintendogs style games and the glut of shovelware that's plagued the Wii since launch, aside from a few diamonds in the rough.

With "Mad World" and "House of the Dead: Overkill" landing in the last month it finally looks like the Wii is growing up.

I've got my fingers crossed that this is a halfways decent game and not just another franchise-based money-grab from Lucasarts.
