Modern Warfare 2 launch video

Video: New Modern Warfare video little more than a cruel tease... but still oh-so-cool.

We know the next Call of Duty game is coming in November this year, but what more can we glean about the game from the new teaser video?

Well, to be honest, not a lot. Given that most of the clip seems to be in an elevator, though, we might be able to guess that more modern environments will feature in the new game, along with lots of action in closed interior spaces. There's British and Russian accents, so it looks like there's going to be an Eastern European connection again, and flashes of what look like suggestions of gameplay.

Mind you, they're almost impossible to make out. There is a helicopter, though, so we guess that aspect of the game is still in. Which is good, 'cause we love us some chopper support.

Regardless, as much as it lacks any real info, the vid is still quite cool.

Plus, it looks like the publishers are dropping the Call of Duty moniker from the game. Interesting move.

I played both 360 and PC versions of the previous one, and thought the PC so much better.

They proably dropped the Call of Duty line to seperate the two games, ie ww2 and ww2.5
Though I am still yet to play any of them other than the original (and a demo of 4 which almost killed my laptop)

Yes Hawkeye would have to agree with you - just. The extra user maps available to PC users set it apart from the 360 version. Didn't stop me putting in over 350 hours on the 360 version tho!!
