Blizzard brings the lols

April 1st brings a new class for Diablo 3, an amazing new Terran vehicle, and more WoW PvP action.

Trust Blizzard to deliver the ultimate in April 'news'.

The game developer has announced a trio of updates and additions to their popular games. First up is the new class for Diablo 3, the mighty Archivist!

I have the utmost respect for the archivists, these warriors of myth and legend. We know their names: Alimet Two Quills, master of illumination with both left and right hand; Morienne the Scrivener, a midwife whose poetry stole the hearts of kings and brought tyrants to tears; and Salazar Cid, the Master Transcriber of Gea Kul, whose bombastic penmanship is known in all the lands of the Twin Seas and beyond. But these are only a chosen few. The members of their honored fraternity are many, and their numbers grow every day.

The new class features book vision, an impressive radial dialogue tree ("Stay awhile, and listen!"), and the incredible Lorenado! Full screens and movies via the link.

Meanwhile, Starcraft 2's new Terratron is very definitely more than meets the eye...

Finally, dedicated PvPers in World of Warcraft can finally take the battle to their enemies with syncopated rhythms and dance moves, with the new Dance Battle System

You perform dance moves using a custom interface similar to those that appear when controlling a vehicle in Wrath of the Lich King. The custom action bar displays all available dance moves, which each crew member can individually configure by speaking to the appropriate NPC before the competition.

It's exciting an exciting time to be a Blizzard fan!
