Fullmetal Alchemist to screen in Madman's new streaming service.
Madman, purveyor of fine films and anime since 19-ought-something, has a couple of new aces up its entertaining novelty-sized sleeves.
Hot on the popular heels of a Full Metal Alchemist series and films, Madman's secured the rights to Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The series is a more faithful version of the original manga, as brothers Edward and Alhponse Elric continue their quest for the Philosopher's Stone.
The new series airs on Japanese television on April 5th, while Madman will be holding a premiere screening at Supernova expo in Brisbane. The, soon after, Brotherhood will debut on Madman's new streaming service - Screening Room Plus. This is a brand new section of the Madman website, developed exclusively for high-quality, optimised streaming of episodic content.
Other anime scheduled for the Screening Room are School Rumble, Devil May Cry, Black Blood Brothers, Darker than Black, Baccano!, Shiguri and D. Gray-Man.
