New Borderlands trailer and release date

Video: There's not long to wait for this great looking FPS/RPG hybrid, and a trailer to make the wait easier. ETA: Now with full vid!

Borderlands went through a massive design shake-up some months ago, with its whole look-and-feel pretty much being re-designed overnight. We'll be looking at that shift in more depth in issue 104 of the mag, but suffice to say, the new-look Borderlands is a pretty sweet looking game, and now we finally have a date we can target our drooling for.

The big day will be the 23rd of October for Australia and New Zealand, which is only a few days behind the game's US date. And this date counts for all the platforms the game's being released on - PC, 360 and PS3.

In the meantime, we've got a brand new and rather shiny trailer to share with you. It's short, but it's still got our anticipation factor nicely ticking along...

That's some sweet, semi-cell-shaded action right there.

Atosniper Jul 28, 2009 1:38 PM	Yeah, that vid is truncated for sure. Cant wait for this game to come out! Havent looked forward to a game release for quite a while. Everyone get the PC vsn for Co-op gameplay (no multiplatform play). Issue 104 should be cool too with more on the game.
