New Borderlands screens, plus event!

Catch the latest Borderlands screens - it's looking good, by the way - and learn how to get into the latest exclusive Atomic LAN Night!

Borderlands is coming along nicely, and this latest batch of screens - which were released at the recent GamesCom event, but that we lost behind the lounge - just make us even keener to play.

The new screens show off not only the game's unique art-style, but also some of the more interesting gameplay elements. If you've played Fallout 3, the idea of a first person RPG shouldn't surprise, but Borderlands is taking it a step further, with some wonderful co-op elements.

Check out the gallery to see just a few of them.

And, speaking of co-op, Atomic and 2K Games are pleased as punch to be able to announce an awesome night of gaming and geeking at Atomic HQ. If you missed out on the Wolfenstein event, or just really want to give Borderlands' co-op a go on our beastly NRG gaming rigs, this is your chance. Head on over to the event page for more details!

Entered. Shame it's a Sydney event.

Still, you're trucking it down for the "Power to the PC" event still aren't you, guys?

Happy birthday to me!

I can't see any serials either, I must have poked every cranny of the Borderlands website.

Also, Sydney?

Oh, haha. I didn't even look at this page. I was concentrating on the page after the jump >.< That page is misleading, it strongly hints I should visit the game's website for the serials, when in reality we need to hunt atomic...

Well, the sentence "I want you to head out into the Borderlands and find me some primo hunters." and with borderlands linking to the game site - no I wasn't, not until you clued me in :P
