C64 no more

You'll need to bring up the extra keys that the C64 boasted, which is pretty simple. Then you need to hit the Reset key. And...

Bang. Ready prompt, waiting for some good old fashioned code. So, we (that is to say, Nathan Cochrane, my ITNews stablemate) couldn't resist...

So there you go. If you were fast enough to get the emulator before it disappeared, there's a whole world of old school coding awaiting you.

So how does that work once they ditch an app? If you were lucky enough to get "in b4 lock" you get to keep it?

Any really cool and innovative iPhone app now seems to be doomed to the released > banned > re-released/permabanned news cycle. I suppose its all publicity but Apple look like bigger wankers each time it happens.

Apple is not against the code ,it just its not generating income for them. Every app on iphone is either attached to the network or another source which is approved by Apple.
