It's a super special month, is July! Not only do we have the results for this month's Hotbox, we have Hotbox of the Year just waiting for your vote.

Hotbox of the Year.

Ah... the warm, loving snuggle of fierce competition.

Moments do not get any more magical, or events any more eventful. It be the truth.

However, before we can launch into the details of this fantabulous extravaganza, here are July's Hotbox results. Congratulations to the winner, you'll be contacted shortly regarding your prize:

1st -- Wiley's Marantz Case
2nd -- Pteropid's Painful Pewter
3rd -- Banzai's Light House
4th -- Albi's CO2 Box

Now that's out of the way... mega hot competition alert!

Every year, we celebrate the joy that is modding. Heck, we do it each month with Hotbox! However, we think that Hotboxes should be in the spotlight as often as they can, whenever they can. We'd be bad, bad people to let an opportunity to throw a box mitzvah slip through our enamel-coated, solder-flecked fingers.

So, without further speakifying, we present the best competition ever.

Hotbox of the Year! Or, as it is lovingly called in parts of the Mediterranean -- HotBOTY.

Fourty-seven of the best modded computer systems the galaxy has to offer, on show for you to peruse, gawk at and, ultimately, vote for. One lucky case modder will take home a monsterous PC, equipped with the following gear:

  • Lighting fast AMD Athlon 64 CPU
  • Glitzy NVIDIA nForce3 250 GbE-based motherboard
  • NVIDIA's beasty GeForce 6800 Ultra graphics card
  • That, friends, is called a rocking PC -- ready for modding, overclocking and uber-vamping.

Want to be a part of this awesome competition; to reward the classiest, coolest and plain old bestest box in the big wide world?

Then jump on your cat bicycle and leg-pump your way to the page below, and cast your vote. Note that you must be a member of the Atomic website in order to vote. To become a member, click the relevant link below:
