Video: See the new singleplayer and multiplayer trailers for the upcoming Bioshock 2.
Ah, Bioshock - is there nothing that a failed Utopian underwater city cannot do? It can scare us, give us neat new powers, even intellectualise with us using Ayn Rand inspired philosophy. Truly, the city of Rapture is the gift that just keeps giving.
In Bioshock 2, not only do we get gifted heavy weapons and drill arms (!!!) in single player, but in multiplayer we get to go back in time to the troubled civil war that tore the city apart. These two new trailers highlight both game types. In singleplayer, we get to see some of the weaponry you can wield as a Big Daddy, and all to a rather spooky (and, yet, kinda sexy) voice over.
In the multiplayer trailer, we get to see one of the main game modes - Capture the Sister. Here, raving splicers run amok trying to gather the most Little Sisters. It's a bit spooky, too, especially the sequences where the player picks up the screaming, glowing eyed little minx. Creepy!
Anyway, have a look-see for yourselves.
Bioshock 2 will be available on all major platforms in February next year.
