Microsoft supports charity with custom airbrushed consoles for auction.

Every now and then, Microsoft likes to shed its image as a giant soul-less corporation, and it takes on the mantle as a giant soul-less corporation that cares for the less fortunate. Actually, that's pretty harsh, and MS's Konsoles for Kids charity drive is pretty neat.

To get into the whole Australian Fashion Week vibe, there's a mess of airbrushed consoles signed by the world's fashion elite, including Elle MacPherson, Jennifer Hawkins, designers Sass & Bide and vacuous celebrity entity Kim Kardashian.

You know, we're normally not a Hawkins fan, but her, um, box is pretty alluring... Wait... did I say that or think that?!
