Medal of Honor beta extended

Enjoying the Medal of Honor multiplayer beta? We are, and we're doubly pleased to hear it's been extended. Woot!

The Medal of Honor multiplayer beta has been showing off some very tight work from the dev team at DICE. The gameplay's a significant departure from the two obvious comparisons - Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company 2 - and we're confident the game's going to deliver a whole product that's just as good.

And speaking of good, we've just learnt that the beta - which should have ended on the 18th - has been extended. There's not close-down date yet, but our sources are telling us to expect it to last until the end of the month. That's the good news...

... however, there is bad news too. The beta's up and running on PS3 and PC, but there's still no news that it's going to hit Xbox any time soon. It was planned but... no dice, so to speak. It's just not working. We're not sure what to make of that.

But if you're still curious, and have either a PC or PS3 to play the game on, have a peak in our forums. We've got a mess of beta codes to giveaway :)

the beta was crapola as usual, made for console not pc (adaption), childs game, tactively shite, destructive environment limited to boxes and crates the only things that disintergrate. bad company 2 kicks its A$$
