Video: Get a taste of the new multiplayer mayhem in Call of Duty: Black Ops, including a sneak peak of the new movie making functionality.
We've drifted away from Call of Duty, sadly. We loved Modern Warfare, played a lot of Modern Warfare 2 despite the dodgy PC server structure, but newer and honestly better games like Bad Company 2 are where our shooty focus is at. However, we've a feeling that Call of Duty: Black Ops - due in November - might change that some.
We saw some impressive looking singleplayer at E3, and after our first tease of multiplayer action in the video below, we're even more sure that we'll be enjoying some CoD come year-end. It looks as frenetic as always, with nice tight ballistics, combined with much more open-seeming maps.
And it's got a cross-bow. Neat.
It's also worth watching all the way through for a hint of the new video-editing functionality. Want to really show off your kills? This could be the perfect game for you.
Black Ops drops in November on all major platforms.
