Mana Bar set to take over Australia, then world!

Like bars? Like gaming? Wish Yahtzee's Mana Bar was in your state? Soon... it will be! It might even be in your country!

The Mana Bar in Brisbane has been a huge success, providing games, launches and a general center for the entire geek lifestyle.

And it's coming soon to Sydney and Melbourne - huzzah!

Here's what the other Mana ddue, Yug, has to say:

"The Mana Bar's Sydney and Melbourne will be open before the end of the year, and expanding into the rest of Australia will follow very shortly after. We are currently in discussions with other passionate entrepreneurs around the world who want a Mana Bar in their countries as well."

Awesomeness - can't wait for the opening party!

OMFG.... that looks like such an awesome place to hang out. Hopefully the beers are really cheap, coz nerds help out nerds.

SceptreCore - doubt it. Booze ain't cheap, and the differentiating factor between this and any other net cafe is that it serves booze. Thus, booze ill be it's primary form of profit I'm guessing. So expect to pay an average price for your poison.

Yeah it's a good idea, if you're that way inclined.

I personally wouldn't ever visit this place.
I'd prefer a pub or club.

I take it the place is a rectangle and that fish eye is bending the bar.

as long as they stick it in a good spot in melb ill pay a visit, but im a little disappointed from that photo of it, its not as tech as i would have thought it was going to be there only seems to be a few consoles on the far wall and thats it.

Do they have wifi so we can play multiplay phone games or psp, type stuff. or is that it the consoles?

@ sparky yeah it can fit about 50 people. Dont have wifi or anything like that its just the consoles. Mostly nooby games that most people can play. Need to bring back COD.
