Medal of Honor's latest trailer: Objective Raid

Video: The latest multiplayer trailer for the Taliban-tastic Medal of Honor shows off new game mode.

Despite the impending controversy of allowing gamers to play as the Taliban, the Medal of Honor launch is imminent. Another beta phase will be opening on the 4th of October (go here, PC fans, if you want to sign up), while a new trailer shows off one of the game's new multiplayer modes - Objective Raid.

If you're a veteran of Counter Strike, this will look intimately familair. One team must raid an objective (clever, that) and set a charge, then defend it. The opposing team must break through that defense and disarm the device.

Of course, if you're one of the many that thinks Medal of Honor is looking like a not even fully re-skinned Modern Warfare clone, you'll likely have gripes about this trailer. But having played some of this multiplayer ourselves, it really does feel different. The trailer's pretty frenetic, but in actuality the game flows a lot slower.

Anyway, it's still getting us excited for the full release.

Medal of Honor comes out in mid-October on all major platforms. Plus, if you want to give it a whack amongst other Atomicans, sign up for our release event LAN!

yeah be cautious on the PC side, DICE are release a short beta of the final build on the 4th of October.

if its still borked by then, it only put grim fears in BF3

its a matter of careful monitoring and analyzing, but im sure they've learnt in BFBC2, else the super-visor should get his wip out and start using it.
