Gallery and Video: THQ reveals the brutality of future war in Homefront's multiplayer reveal trailer. Take that North Korea!
We've known quite a bit about Homefront's singleplayer side for some time. Between our exclusive preview, and the awesome 'real world' promotional packs we've been receiving, the grim future conflict between the USA and North Korea has been pretty well drawn.
Now, at least, we get to see another side of Homefront - it's multiplayer.
While the singleplayer game is all about civilian freedom fighters and the resistance to Korean occupation, the multiplayer in Homefront depicts regular army actions and battles mentioned in the campaign. It's a great way to bring a fresh feel to multiplayer, while still keeping it tightly integrated into the story.
In this trailer you get a taste of the action, including a mess of vehicles on the ground and in the air, as well as lots of drones. Kaos Studios, Homefront's developer, did good work with drone and vehicle gameplay in Frontline: Fuel of War and this looks ever better.
If you want more of the action, check out our gallery of new pics, too. Homefront releases next March on all major platforms.
