Good news for gamers of all console-persuasions - the demo for Dragon Age II is dropping on February 23, and on all platforms.
We might be a bit behind the times on this one, but we have a fine excuse - when the news Dragon Age II, sequel to one of the hit games of last year, hit our Inbox we were on our way to Canberra for a weekend of nerdy gaming excess. A bit of wargaming, a bit of roleplaying, and maybe a drink or two, so even if we are late, at least we were doing something in the spirit of Dragon Age.
So here's the good news - a Dragon Age II demo will be released on February 23. It'll feature the game's prologue, choose from three classes, learn about the game's protagonist, Hawke (cool name... ), and venture into a brand new location in the game's rich world.
It'll even unlock a funky Dwarven blade with some neat powers for the full release.
And guess what - now bad news! EA and BioWare are releasing this demo for all platforms! Double-plus-woot.
Oh, and keep an eye on the site around the game's launch on March 10, as we've been hard at work on an Atomic flavoured video-tribute to the game...
