Good news for ASUS fans - B3 revisions of their Sandy Bridge boards will be shipping ahead of schedule!
Following Intel's massive SATA II snafu on desktop Sandy Bridge motherboards, we'd not been expecting new product until some time in April. But ASUS just announced that it's gotten into production early on replacement boards, and its stock will be starting to ship this week.
Which is interesting, because we've heard on the grapevine that GIGABYTE, ASUS' biggest rival, will be going with in entirely new product codes to cut down on any possible confusion.
