NRG launches new gaming event - HARDCORE!

Fancy your chances as a Starcraft II savant? Check out PC builder NRG's latest tournament gaming effort...

Our pals over at NRG have been keeping busy cooking up a new range of gaming events, with the aim of bringing together the best competitive gamers from around the country. They're calling it...

NRG Hardcore Gamer.

We can get behind anything hardcore, so these events are looking pretty neat. The first cab off the gaming rank is a Starcraft II tournament hosted at Intime Cybercafe in Sydney. There are two qualifying rounds, on the 20th and 27th of March, and then a final, well... Final on the 2nd of April.

Registrations are open now for team and solo events, so if you fancy yourself a dab hand with a zerg rush, you owe it to yourself to sign up. Oh, and did we mention the $25,000 in cash and prizes for the winners?

Check out the Hardcore Gamer site for more info and to register, and to keep up to date with future events.
