Swords and bows. Blame Lord of the Rings, blame a wasted youth of Dungeons & Dragons abuse, blame whatever you want - we're a sucker for swords and bows. Which explains why we're so sneakily excited about Hunted: The Demon's Forge.

It also helps that we've played a bit of the game. In a lot of ways, it's your standard hack/slash/shoot fantasy actioner, but there's a gritty aesthetic and commitment to great co-op gameplay mechanics that we just can't ignore.

The latest trailer, which dropped late last week, shows off not only more of the gameplay, but introduces the mercenaries gamers will be playing.

Hunted: The Demon Forge is out on all major platforms in June.
