New 'Babes' trailer for Duke Nukem Forever

Yes, it is true. We can't wait for Duke Nukem Forever to be released. Come June 10 (assuming no more delays...), we're going to be happy as a kitten on catnip. But not for the reason you might think.

No, we'll just be happy that the whole DNF trainwreck will be well and truly over.

As a piece of vapourware, the game had a certain charm. But, as an actual product, we're just not excited - and we've played it! And each new trailer or lame dick joke just increases our ever-growing malaise with Duke. He was entertaining in the nineties, but fifteen years have not been kind to Duke's trademark 'humour'...

ArcaneMagik Apr 11, 2011 2:32 PM	Though I might be a tad biased as the only Duke I enjoyed playing was platform based. Duke 3D just felt like a doom rip off with Evil Dead quotes tacked on. I do appreciate how committed they are to the theme of Duke that has been built up with the style and content that will be included. It's just that content is not something I personally seek out. I'd be more likely to play MW2 over DNF (Teehehe DNF), with my 3D shooter games focused on the Half Life/Portal and Mass Effect end of the market.
