Activision and Treyarch announce even more maps – and even more zombies – for Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Now that Escalation, the latest lot of DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops, has started to trickle across all platforms, it’s obviously time for Treyarch and Activision to announced the next lot of goodies to keep us all playing.
And that next lot of goodies is Annihilation, which features – wait for it – four new maps and a zombie experience, Shangri-La, which is being billed as “an exotic and mysterious map filled with deadly traps, dark secrets and innovative gameplay that will challenge even the most daring Zombie hunters” by Treyarch’s Studio Head, Mark Lamia.
Pardon our weariness, but again with the zombies?
Details on the four new maps are sketchy for the moment – as in, limited to their names, which are Hangar 18, Drive-In, Silo and Hazard – but we’re sure things will become clearer in the lead-up to the June 28th Xbox Live-exclusive launch date.
In the meantime, check out the behind-the-scenes clip below to get more of an idea of what you might be in for, and watch this space for news.
