The newest bit of DLC for Rockstar's latest success story hits consoles today. And it's all rather explosive...
If you’re hanging out for just a little bit more time with Cole Phelps and crew, we thought we should mention that today sees the release of the Nicholson Electroplating Disaster case DLC for both PS3 and Xbox. It’s an arson case based on a major explosion in 1940’s LA, which killed fifteen people and injured over a hundred more, as well as sending many locals into a nuclear panic with its resulting mushroom cloud. The original case may have been pretty straightforward, but we've been promised that the fictionalisation has added plenty of twists, turns and intrigue to the story, making for some very interesting gameplay.
If you’ve got yourself a Rockstar Pass, this case is free, but you’ll still have to actively download it. If not, it’ll set you back $AU6.95 for PS3 or 320 Microsoft points for Xbox users.
Of course, you can still get the Rockstar Pass – which will unlock all DLC released to date, and include the upcoming Reefer Madness case when it launches in July – for $AU14.45 (PS3) or 800 Microsoft points for today only, or $17.95/960 MS points from tomorrow onwards. Go, gumshoes, go!
