... And it's one for the geeks among us. No-tshirts, baseball caps or cheaply made keyrings for this one...
As you’ll read in our next issue, our esteemed editor spent a bit of time with Skyrim while he was off at E3 recently, and we get the impression that he was rather fond of it. And who are we to question his judgement? Nobody, that’s who.
So we're very pleased to announced that Bethesda have told us that if you pre-order the game, you’ll get yourself a very special, very fancy, premium cloth map for absolutely nothing. Creating real maps of fantasy worlds is something of an Elder Scrolls tradition, and Bethesda are hoping to continue that tradition with this latest gift.
Of course, everyone who buys the game will get a paper map, but cloth is way cooler. And while the announcement indicates the offer is for North American and European folks only, a post in the comments confirms we’ll be getting it here too. So if you, too, are willing to trust your editor on this game, we’d suggest getting in on this action before stocks run out.
