Melbourne gamers who like a tipple have something to look forward to in July - the opening of the Mana Bar!
Sure, the Mana Bar doesn't have PCs in its gaming lineup, but on the upside, it does serve tasty, tasty cocktails - so we'd be churlish to complain too much.
And, even better for our buddies south of the border, the Mana Bar - a great booze-powered gaming venue originally established in Brisbane - is opening on July 16 in Melbourne. Let the drunken gaming commence!
"I can’t wait for Melbourne to experience the Mana Bar” says Mana Bar creator Guy ‘Yug’ Blomberg in today's release. “It’s been a long time coming, and to finally be able to open to the public is exceptionally exciting."
The Mana Bar Melbourne (which you can follow here on the FaceTubes) will feature Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii-powered (hee-hee) gaming, nightly events, gaming themed displays and more. For the opening weekend there'll prizes, special guests and live entertainment.
