Another week comes to an end, and to celebrate, we bring you Hobbits and Batman and Conan and Troopers, oh my!
This week, as last week, we’ve been given yet another glimpse of Peter Jackson’s Hobbit – this time in the form of Fili and Kili. Yes, a single still of two dwarves has, once again, sent fans into a frenzy. Don’t get us wrong: we’re looking forward to this movie just as much as anyone, but the over-excitement over every little detail is going to get very old very soon.

This short film was created as a showreel for a couple of acting students hoping for parts in an upcoming flick. And we’re warned by our source that it starts off kind of lame but then gets OMFG Freaking awesome! Especially if you’re a batman fan…
And finally, a couple of links to things by people with more time on their hands than most of us. Firstly, the Science Vs Delerium project – which gives some legendary scientists a whole new look. And then, at the other end of the scale, you can get your weekend started with some fresh inspiration for wedding outfits. And by ‘fresh’, we mean ‘freaky’...
