One of our highlights of E3 was our session with Batman: Arkham City. We - very sadly - didn't get a chance to go hands on, but we did get to see some thrilling bat-action and even some of the new characters, like the playable stretches with Catwoman.
However, the thing we liked the most was the introduction of The Penguin, and his remarkably lo-fi look and feel. Gone is the finery of the old TV series, or even the ragged finery of the films - Arkham City's Penguin is a true thug, with a coke-bottle bottom for an eye-piece and an array of vicious and often malformed criminal henchmen.
