Gallery: The next title from the Wargaming.net team - World of Warplanes - opens the doors on its official site, and drops a mess of screens. Dive!

If you've been paying any kind of attention around here, you'll likely know that Wargaming.net's armoured MMO World of Tanks is one of our favourite games at the moment. Driving around Europe and the Middle East blowing away armour with our mighty Tiger tank is like pure, unadulterated joy. So, knowing that, you'll probably also be able to work out that we're damn excited to be learning more about - and seeing a bit of - World of Warplanes.

The official site for the game has just opened, and we've gotten a mess of screens of World of Warplanes to boot. Even better, we've learnt that the flight combat MMO will feature three classes of vehicle - single-engined fighters, heavy fighters (like late war jets, perhaps?) and strafing grand attack aircraft (suggesting some element of ground combat to be involved).

If this is game is even half as good as World of Tanks, we are all over it like ME 109s on a bombing mission. For now, though, we can only drool over these screens...
