Gallery: We've got five shiny new screens of id's upcoming RAGE, straight from Quakecon. Neat-o!

We got to play a bit of RAGE at E3 and it we're quitely looking forward to the game. It's a shooter in that classically id mould, but with a lot of shiny new touches like crafting, neat equipment, and a quest-based mission system that takes the game off the usual rails and more into wide-open Borderlands territory.

It's fun, and we can't wait to see it on PC, which should look pretty damn sharp.

Now, we've got five new screenshots that show off an awful lot of cool, including what could be a hint of either the game's character creation system or multiplayer setup. We also get to see some hi-tech opponents, and some vehicle action.

Clicky for the pics!
