Fresh from Gamescom 2011 comes awesome, AWESOME news. Not only will our current favourite game World of Tanks soon be joined by World of Warplanes, but the final game in the World War 2 era trilogy has just been announced - World of Battleships.

Featuing naval craft from the golden age of modern sea warfare, World of Battleships will tie into the furst two games by allowing full cross-account interaction. Ships will feature a wide range of components, and the maps will boast different sea and weather conditions.

It's official - Wargaming.net obviously wants us to have no gaming life outside its games. Check out the gallery for some first pics.
