Tribes: Ascend beta registration open

Fancy hover-skiing down slope while letting off massive mortar barrages? The Tribes: Ascend beta is just around the corner.

The Tribes games will always hold a little portion of my heart. They were awesome-fun, combining fast gameplay, unique movement options, and some sweet heavy weapons into a cool package of competitive FPS fun.

And soon, it'll back, in free-to-play form, thanks to Tribes: Ascend.

Ascend is coming some time this spring - so it's not far away - but if you want to get in on the beta, ow's your chance. You can register at the official site and you'll be up for a chance to get into the game early and help developer Hi Rez make the game a good'un.
