Vale Steve Jobs - 1955 to 2011

One of the most divisive individuals in the technology world has passed away. Farewell Steve Jobs.

Love him or hate him - and it occurs to me that he really did inspire extreme reactions - you cannot deny that Steve Jobs helped shape much of what we refer to as personal technology.

And Apple has announced that he has passed away.

Over the next few days - and there are already horribly out of proportion stories all over the web - Jobs will be lauded for 'changing the world', be called things like 'the greatest visionary of all time' and things even more hyperbolic. Wild adulation aside, one thing remains the same: love him, or hate him, Atomic's kinda sad at the news.

That said, you may as well turn off the internet now - it's pretty much nothing by Steve Jobs news right now. However, before you do...
