Coolermaster's CM Storm range finally makes the joke we've all been waiting for with its latest hyper-styled gaming case.
We're not immune to the charms of a shiny new PC case, and the latest effort from Coolermaster's CM Storm range has certainly got our curiosity peaked. In a lot of ways, the CM Storm Trooper (anyone else want to mod this puppy into dirty white Stormtrooper armour effect - I do) is a classically Coolermaster design - there are hints of the HAF series in the front fascia, for isntance; but in other ways, it's an entirely new beast.
The upper panel is an interesting, even striking design, almost cyclopean in its layout. The carry handle, usually only found on smaller LAN rigs, is also interesting. Inside, there's two HDD cages that can rotate through 90 degrees for added build flexibility, and there's a two fans in front and giant 200mm fan in the top panel.
And with nine plus one expansion slots, it's got room for a mess of giant video cards. Anyhoo, here's the specs, and there are some pics too. Check 'em out, and keep an eye out for a review soon.
