Gallery: Our LGA 2011 socket-fest continues, this time with exclusive shots of GIGABYTE's new UD7 OC motherboard!
Last week we posted pics of the shooty new G1.Assassin X79 board from GIGABYTE, and it appears that it's not everyone's cup of tea.
Or, more accurately, most people rather hated it!
So let's move on to some more conservative (for interesting values of conservative, in this case) motherboards. We got to briefly see GIGABYTE's entire range of upcoming boards before they were rushed out of our meeting, so here's the next one, the UD7 OC.
The last incarnation of this board was the X58 OC, but the next version's been renamed to bring it more in line with the rest of the company's mobo range. But it really is just a name change - otherwise the board is just as focused on serious performance and overclocking as the one we reviewed earlier this year.
So, get to the gallery, and let us know - is this one more like it?
