World of Tanks goes mobile with iOS app

Just in case you really need to know how many tanks you've killed on the way to work, Wargaming.net's new World of Tank app has you covered.

Well, this is is kinda... odd.

The guys over Wargaming.net have gotten into the app business, today announcing the free (always our favourite price-point) World of Tanks Assistant app for iOS. And yes, an Android version is in the works.

The app lets you access player data and combat statistics, your in-game Gold balance, news from Wargaming.net, and Clan details. I'll admit, it's a little naff, but, well, I'm also downloading right this moment.

Check it out right here.

(A work colleague pointed that, with my love of World of Tanks, I really should start a WoT-themed news site - called World of World of Tanks... I'm hear all week, try the veal)
