Dell starts the new year with a LCD revamp

A new 27 inch, 22 inch and updated 30 inch LCD, plus a new recycling policy that sets new standards.

Michael Dell's CES keynote was used to announce the comany's new LCD range, which we're most interested in.

His keynote was also carried in Second Life, the new favourite virtual hangout of an increasing number of corporations.

Dell also announced an enhanced recycling policy: "From the beginning of 2007 Dell is offering free recycling its Dimension desktops and Inspiron notebooks to Australian consumers nationally (includes courier pick-up). This month we'll also be extending our offer of free recycling of any brand with a Dell PC purchase to consumers in all capital cities."
