The wait is almost over...

Sony has announced March 23rd as the Australian onsale date for PlayStation 3.

The local version will be the 60GB version, and will be priced at RRP$999.95. Sony will later release the cheaper 20GB version if it decides there's sufficient demand.

Sony expects at least 30 games to be available on launch day, being:
