Because of the wonderful things he does Thursday, 22nd September 2005

The Atomic mag boys have done a bang up job with the new issue and we’re all proud. Atomic 57 is classic Atomic, packed full of the tech you love done Atomic-style, plus the funny bits that make Atomic such a nice read.

Ashton’s Vista feature shows why the man has won so many awards. Microsoft’s new OS may be a year or two away, but because you’re an Atomican you need to know about it now. The Issue 57 feature is all the knowing you’ll need.

Meanwhile, Loges has been off to the U.S for the Microsoft Professional Developers Conference (PDC). He filed a couple of juicy pieces about the future of games on Vista, including a cracker piece on DX10.

And in other Atomic news, David Hasselhoff was observed skipping along the yellow brick road. When he reached the Emerald City he banged on the great door. A little munchkin opened up and asked what he wanted, to which Hasselhoff replied “I’m Hoff to see the Wizard.”

Now, breathe. Artists - don't miss the Geil comp this month. The best picture drawer wins some speedy Geil RAM. Page 112 of the mag.
