No one needs sofas that eat you! Friday, 7th July 2006

Creative’s Fatal1ty range has been extended, and our reviews are up and waiting for you to read them. There’s a mouse which we like (despite the fact it looks like a bad high school design mock-up made from an unfortunate piece of foam) and a pair of headphones which we don’t like (the boom microphone that doesn’t stay where you position it). Naturally, you’ll want to know more than that. The reviews are, as always, below.

In other news, we are now accepting callers for this beautiful Prey case. Well, not callers, but posters. If you want to win a custom Atomic modded prey case, equipped with gear, worth $5,000, check it out.

While we’re on the topic of things you can win, check out our Titan Quest page. In addition to developer diary videos, downloads and lots more info we now have prizes!

Meanwhile, in the underground cave that we know as Atomic HQ…

Something major has occurred. Ashton Mills has passed the editor’s green, overclocked and really hot torch to Logan Booker. We expect Ashton is making inroads toward the helm of an agency of supermodels as we speak. His heatsink-finned hat, purple velvet cape lined with Linux distribution discs and cane made from a pulverised 30” Dell monitor will all aid him on his noble quest.

Logan is settling into the captain’s chair as we speak. He is not a carbon based life form; he is in fact composed of the Atomic passion for all the tech that makes us tick. It radiates from his every pore. This is a pre-requisite for sitting in the captain’s chair, which as a result Geiger counters are unable to measure due to their pitiful range.

Have a rockin’ weekend, but don’t rock too hard -- you may hurt yourself.

-DAVE.
